Paypal confirmation please help?

I have opened paypal a/c using my bank a/c and pan num, i have confirmed my bank a/c also. and i have added my pan num where it says verified successfully, when i get into resolution center page of paypal, it still shows resolve button, when i click on, it shows verified, but still resolve button is there,

Now one person was about to send me some amount and when he try to send amount to my Paypal id it says "the recipient is able to get money........"

Why is it, please help.

 

Have you added the reason for which you need money, like `freelancing journalism?'

 

Have you tried emailing paypal?

 

You have to add 'purpose code' to send and receiving payments. I think that's the problem.

 

Have you log out and log in to try again ?
