paypal complete e-store problem

i bought the script 1 week ago but i face a problem
I can't view "Item file" - select dir.

How i can add files?..I upload files already..but they not show under *Item File: select file" How to fix this?

i use the same paypal store.
make sure in settings you have the right path to the folder that contains all your products.
from whom did you buy the script from?
