PayPal close my accout...what to do?

    Hi, i make account from Austria, and i verify it with Master Card...

    For some time i send and receive payments, but couple days before my account was limited, and i need to send to Paypal confirmation of address...


    I send all details and they accept it, but couple minutes later i get message that my account can't be unlocked because i reside in a
    country that paypal do not offer service in at this time.

    I am in vacation In Serbia, that does not support PayPal service, and i access to paypal from serbia....

    It's this a problem?? I have lots of money on this account...what shoud i do? I send message to support and tell all this, and i wait for a reply...but what shoud do if they reject my answer???

    Please help!

    nobody here can help you!!! PayPal has a customer service number. it is 1+ 402-935-2050 or wait for their email response

    paypal will allow you to transfer all the money out in a few months and only give you a certain amount of time to do so.

    Send them a copy of valid documents along with your complain number, they would allow you to transfer money atleast.

    You can not open ur paypal account when travelling.
    Paypal will track your IP & limit your account..
    You had better give them a call.

    Always remember to contact paypal when you are going to another country and will use paypal. The best option for you is call paypal customer care and tell them everything.

    Sorry to heard that.
    Next time you need to sent email to PP to tell them you will access your account at other country.
    And you can wait 180 days to get the money out to bank.

    Either it was better to inform that if you relocate or travelling. People often face such problems.
