First of all I want only serious replies and NOT "I am sorry for you dude", "yeah paypal sucks" and all... I need guys with experience in this area. Who actually KNOW what they are answering. I have provided as much info as I can in this thread. Transaction Date: 16/11/2008 16:36 IST I sold a PHP script custom made to this guy as you can see on 16th November. The claim started on 3rd December by the buyer. The excuse was -> I ordered from this person a software to be built, He showed me and gave me some kind of version which wasn't finished at all and Said that he will complete it and send me later but I Still haven't received till today what he offered me! Pretty nice, eh? And he wanted a refund right away. I had his YIM so I got to him and sent lots of of messages, NO REPLY NOTHING. No problems I replied @ paypal saying that I provided full script with no newer version to be provided ever again. I waited, waited and waited, four days passed, NO REPLY. I gently replied saying i need the money and hence request him to reply, (Script is worth $100 and I need to renew my dedicated server). NO REPLY!!! And today is, 19th dec, 16 days passed NO REPLY AGAIN. Here is what I said 2 minutes ago -> The PS(off) part is what I need answered, I am not sure if paypal is watching over the claim as of now. Awaiting your reply, I will be really thankful.
I have called them and got things fixed. Haven't had any trouble in last 2-3 years though. Call them.
