paypal cheque issued india how much time it will take to delivered ?

    Hello,

    I have withdrawal by cheque from paypal in INR, how much time it will take to deliver to me, any idea, It was issue on 19 auguest, today is 5th september.

    any info will be appreciated. Thanks. I cant even open a resolution against this.
