Some users mistaken here after recent email from paypal that issue is solved. Guys they are Just Reversing any withdraw not paid to your bank now ,so this can Cover your Negative balance so paypal don't lose any money. THIS IS TO PROTECT PAYPAL and NOT TO ANY INDIAN USERS. It also give indication that paypal is not going to execute any Fresh withdraw to Indian Bank account in near future else they would not have reversed these COMPLETED and PENDING withdraws at all. DO NOT FALL IN TRAP.DO NOT Use paypal for any transactions.You may end up loosing all money and Paypal can show us their back and tell it does not support "India" now and you will be struck with all money there with only option of using it online to purchase something from USA/UK vendors only. It will also Give paypal More money to cover negative balances as most of people now have negative balances This may be Just Last Plan by paypal to run off from India with as much money as possible. See wording of their email This Indicate they have NO hope to solve this issue. I may be MORE Negative than required but its over 12 Days now and I have lose hopes on paypal.
I got a mail from Paypal that your bank withdrawl amount is reversing and after we resolve the issue then you can withdraw funds again.
You're absolutely right. But we never said that it's solved. The reversal issues might be solved but not the withdrawal issues.
Paypal is trying to cover its Negative balance due to Reversals. Nothing else No update on real issue.No update on what caused this and what they are doing to FIX this. 12 Days and they have failed to make any PR on this?
100% correct... They are trying to calm down the Frustrated indians bu making this moves... We cannot say the problem is solved unless we see money in our bank

What about those who want to make urgent payments? Can't wait for more days, have to take serious actions. Its all about money.
Last week Paypal was telling about delay in bank transfer ,this week they are telling about all withdraw are canceled,Next week They will come up with a NEW story
PayPal is not cheating. The have reversed all the payment back to may A/c and given deducted their fees also.
I guess if Paypal resolve the issue then either they will be very good or very bad than before. There is really no alternative
Paypal is aware that if they do not resolve the withdrawal issue with RBI, they would lose a large chunk of their business. Hence, I am hopeful that Paypal would surely make its operation in line with the RBI's guidelines... and resume its withdrawing facility... shortly! Be positive...guys! Regards, RightMan
