Paypal charging fee for Personal account

    Yes, they do charge for receiving Credit Card Incoming Payments. In the past, personal account cannot even receive credit card payments and they recently allowed that but limited to 5 transactions a year at a higher rate of 4.9% + $0.30 instead of the 2.9% + $0.30.

    If they do not charge for Credit Card Payments, they will be making tons of losses as they need to pay their bank for each credit card transaction which is being processed.

    i have updated to premier a long time back, i did not even knew what i was doing, and i upgraded. ever since am paying a few bucks!

    but then, it don't hurt me, just a small fee, it is ok!:rolleyes:
