well these days PAYPAL is charging me croos-border transaction fees . did it happened to anyone else too.

2 weeks ago i had received payment from someone and paypal had cut fee but i ignored it
but today i received my payment from an advertising company and it again deducted fee

it never happened to me before.
CLICKSOR cut 1$ as fee but that is a different case
they use mostly SERVICES PAYMENT option i think . so its very surprising to see that they are cut 3% fee .

also now i need to accept the payment beforehand it never asked me to accept it .it automatically accepted it

if anyone else faced the same situation then comment and if i am the only one suggest me some solution .

i know the fees but matter is still there . never before PAYPAL charged me but why now?
i don't care much about fees if they are universally applied .
that's what i wanted to confirm . is everyone paying fees now and does everyone need to accept the payments from now on
or am i the only one facing this problem

I don't know why you're just seeing them now, but they've been charging them for at least 5 years if not forever. It may make a difference whether the funds came from another paypal account, or were funded through a bank account or credit card. Not sure on that but they've been charging them for a long time.

You can use this: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-xborder-fees-outside to see what the fees will be. It varies for just about every country you receive payments from and to.

With PayPal I should say you need to expect the unexpected. Your account could even be banned with no satisfactory response. I guess they are just necessary evil.

jestep i know they are charging it . but that only works for personnel SEND PAYMENT option
the way MASS PAYMENTS are made by companies insure the fact they don't get any deduction.

surely AD. COMPANY user SERVICES as option and since i never got any deduction like that i am a bit amused
i can understand if someone made PERSONNEL payment .

still the question is there .

DID ANYONE ELSE saw fees deduction as they received some payment in month of NOVEMBER
also does anyone NEED to accept THE PAYMENT now .

because before my payments were automatically accepted and now it ask me to accept the payment

Mostly if you see option to accept payment button, that means sender used CC to send you payment, and when you receive CC payment or regular payment paypal charge you fee, only mass payment does not have fee, most likely it may be a CC payment you received
