    I didn't pay anythinkg for the activation. Now I pay 1% when I pay. e.g. I send £220 I pay £2.2 charge.

    You can see all PayPal payments or fees on the PayPal website. For me it is .30 cents plus 2.9 percent of each incoming payment received.

    there are always fees if u do transactions. , there is a way u can choose the seller/buyer pays the fees :p
