Paypal charges sender if i refund a payment

I was sent a payment by my buyer, but for some reason i had to refund it. However, the buyer claims he did not receive the full amount and paypal took a cut for service charges? Isn't that ridiculous?

 

I am not sure about this , but once i asked for refund from an online store and I didn't got the full amount back ,
i guess few cents were not sent to me.

 

Payment Fees will refund(Service goods and others et...) .If paid via mass pay then not refund mass pay fess.

I have received refunds via Paypal a number of times and have always been refunded the full amount. Perhaps it depends on the location of the buyer...?

 

I too got the refund of full payment.When we send to others then only they will charge for refund there are no charges.It may happen when payments are done by using VCC or by using credit card.

 

this occur with me...paypal refund the fees when u refund payment.
