We provide web hosting and often receive chargebacks over 100$ , we have a business account , was just curious to know can PayPal make our account limited??

    Oh yes.. They can.
as you have a business account, PP will check your reputation and previous dealings first before limiting your account.

Expect to have to verify quite a few things including copies of your drivers license and all kinds of things after you go through enough chargebacks...

I had quite a few problems back when I ran Gamescript with some $300+ transactions. You lose like $10 on every chargeback too :(

depends on the type of goods you're selling. If you SHIP something have tracking numbers and only ship to confirmed addresses and you'll do alright... If its things that can't have a tracking number then you will have to just deal with chargebacks...
