If you have paid by credit card then you can chargeback but if that person have moved his money then its very less chance to get it back
This is true... Btw: how can I know if my bank support chargeback? I called them and the guy on the other side didnt know to tell me... Is it enough if I click in my online bank administration Report this payment? But after paypal's answer, I am more and more convinced to let it go and to take it like a lesson... What do you think?
donot give up, contact Bank admin, some time call center is outsource to india so they could not support you.
You shouldn't have told paypal it was for virtual goods/services as they don't cover that. The best thing that you could've done was to contact your bank and have them do the chargeback and you surely would have gotten your money back.
I did not know that. Never had any problems with payments till now. Will take it like a lesson... BTW: I checked and the payment was made through PayPal and not credit card. I was sure it was made by credit card. So, game over ... chargeback was my last option and now is gone ... Thank you anyway for your comments. I learned a lot from this experience. Regards.
