I am a ebook seller.One buyer purchased 3 books from me 30 days back and today opened a chargeback on my account.His Paypal account is unverified and used his credit card to buy the books.today he told his credit card company to reverse his all payments and opened a dispute saying that it was an unauthorised payment made from his Paypal acccount and Paypal has put hold on funds and my Paypal balance gone into negative. Now,what to do i cannot understand.Plz help me.Anybody help will be much appreciated. Regards Intexamd
Since its more that 25 days PayPal might be on your side! No one will leave their CC as long as inactive for 30 days without checking that
Take it from someone who has been there too many times: Paypal is going to reverse the transaction and give that idiot his money back. The "unauthorized transaction" complaint is almost impossible for you to disprove to Paypal's satisfaction. I know, I've tried at leat 2 dozen times in the last 5 years. I've shoen them that the party has been on my mailinglist for 2+ years and has purchased from me in the past, and they still reversed the transaction. They are not on your side in this fight. they are on paypal's side only, which means s***w you, give the money to the guy who ripped you off, and have a nice day.
