Paypal chargeback help

Hi,

I recently had a deal going with this online guy, he sold me a proxy but it had a HWID lock on it. It worked for a good 1 week and after that it failed because he removed the HWID lock of the proxy software. He deleted me of MSN/AIM and other places.

Please give me good information on how to get my money back

What shall I do on Paypal?

Payment information:

• I paid him in parts ($20 then $6)

Here is information about my paypal:

• Unverfied (Nothing linked to it)
• Its my Paypal

If the money was sent from your paypal balance (Most likely, as your account is Unverified), you need to submit a dispute instead of chargeback.
To do this, go to the "Details" of that transaction. Scroll down and you'll see a link to "Resolution Center".

 

Yes it was my Paypal balance, where abouts in the "Resolution Center" do I click? I see many options and what shall I tell Paypal since its online goods.

chargeback are used with cc so you have only option of making a dispute and taking to resolution center.

 

But its online goods not real goods. ...

 

Don't worry.paypal always side with the buyer.But you had better use your bank account to verify it first.

I have friends that is'nt verfied and they managed a dispute. What shall I do?

 

you can only dispute option now. because the money is not backed up by a cc

He wont tell me and hes the other guys friend. Long story but yeah. I need some help. Would my Paypal get frozen if I dispute?
