I was doing a paypal withdrawal to my wife's bank account in the Philippines and I just noticed that Paypal has increased its spread on exchange rates from about 3.0% to over 5.0%. Paypal was giving 45.05 on Monday but only 44.43 today while the exchange has went from the mid 46 range to nearly 47 during that period of time. Has anyone else noticed? Is it a glitch in the system? If this is a permanent change, PayPal has gotten significantly more expensive to deal with.
