Paypal CC When Paying For Services

    Hi,

I have one Paypal Premier account that I use for both buying and selling.

I started with Paypal 8 years ago when I sold tangible items on eBay, so I knew accepting credit cards was part of business.

When I started in the online services field, I thought it was the same way. But maybe it isn't....

Do I have to notify people in the services that I will be paying with Paypal using my Paypal Buyer Credit or another cc before purchasing anything? Sometimes I don't know until how I'll be paying until I see how my money flow is.

Isn't it up to the seller to say, "only Paypal funds accepted, no cc"? Or should I be asking this everytime?

I did put on my thread when I was looking for writers that. "Your Paypal must be able to accept cc payments". But I'm afraid some don't understand what that means.

And some people say, "I accept cc, but you pay the fee's".

Finally, I don't mind paying the fee's and adding it on to the payment, if that's how people do business and especially on the small sales. But how can I calculate what fee's they are going to being charged beforehand, so I can add it on to the one initial payment.

Can someone knowledgeable in this area help me out here with some advice.

Please don't say get a personal account to send payments, I'm not doing that right now.

    Thanks if you can help!
