Paypal - CC details

    A new bie question:

    Does Paypal use the credit card details only to verify or will it use that info also to charge if there is no balance to take care of a charge back.

    They only use it to verify it. If someone does a charback and you have no money in your Paypal account, they will give you a negative balance.
