Paypal Can't Purchase

I'm trying to pay my server bills for Minecraft but it also rejects it. I have a bank account connected and its verified but it keeps asking me to add a credit card. I have over than enough to pay the bill in my paypal balance. Any suggestions?

 

re-check your paypal account, it may got limited

I never knew you can buy stuff without integrating your credit card into PayPal. well, The rules for PayPal account varies from country to country but most of the countries you have to associate your credit card in order to purchase online. the balance shown in the account is the received one which is auto withdrawn ( if set to) to your bank account.
You can pay them via credit card with paypal or without paypal.

If you bought it from paypal and he added a Bank account it must be VBA. SO you have put some money in it and then try to pay the server cost.

It mean you don't have cc. Paypal balance varies country to country. For ex- Indian members can not use paypal balance to purchase. They must have to add cc.
