I want to pay my hosting Bill and it says
We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

    WTF is that??

You can check with your web hosting provider what is their paypal address. Maybe they closed down their old one?

Which web host is that ? Maybe they misconfigured their email address, got their account limited or they removed that email address.

Like I said, it is most likely nothing to do with your side but rather the seller's side which has the problem as indicated by Paypal's error message. So if that is the case, no matter what you do, it is not going to solve the problem, the web host must solve the problem on their end.

It is possible that the script that they use is messed up. You could tell your web host that you tried paying and that their site is facing problems.

Nothing to do with any script blocking your end?
killing any info sent to paypal payment page?
