Paypal can stil charge back if i withdraw money to my bank account?

I am seriously in trouble, a guy is sending my $550, i tell him to send me as paypal gift, but he says that there is no option of gift in his paypal, he is not looking much trusted, so my question is that.
if i receve money and withdraw to my bank then paypal can still reverse from my bank account.

Morever i am using uk bank verified paypal,

Any help regarding to my problem will be very appreciated.

If the owner dont start a trouble ticket you will be not charged back. If the transfer was legal than you can withdrow your money. If you dont trust it let tham stay at your account for 7 days.

 

But if successfuly i withdraw to bank then he can still charge back?

 

If the guy opens a dispute for a refund, Paypal will pay him his money back, if he wins the dispute. They can't withdraw it from your bank account, so your Paypal account will show negative numbers. In this case you are given a 30 or 40 days time to get your dept with Paypal sorted. After that time passed without payment your account will be blocked until you paid your dept.

If your instincts are screaming out to you then generally I would listen to them.They are making you concerned for a reason here and the reason is really not about PayPal it is about your potential buyer.in this case seller beware
