someone ordered something this weekend and i need to communicate with them (the buyer should know that),so i sent the email.it bounced.the domain is un-pingable. the buyer never sent me an email.the buyer bought the same item again. if they have other emails tied to their account,is there a way to send them an email?
I had a similar problem mailing to a roadrunner account a while ago that ended up in a chargeback. I would try again and then process a refund if you cannot make contact.
