Paypal can cause problem with credit card

one of my friend in Pakistan asking me to make paypal account for him. I want to know it may cause problem to me or nothing with my credit card.

Don't do it.

 

PayPal remembers a credit card’s details even when it’s already been removed from the account. The information will also be remembered even if the PayPal account which linked to the credit card is closed and deleted.

You can make paypal account without add the credit card also. If i know , paypal is not available for pakistan. If he/she has to use paypal for just send money. He/she can make fake or purchase paypal account outside the pakistan. You can use Payoneer cards also for make account. Don't worry , you did not get banned.
