Paypal can be easily be used for spamming?

Say i sold a website and got the payment on Paypal, and after some days i get a msg in the paypal that it was a unauthorized payment, or seller didnt send me stuff or something else. Then what will happen? As i dont think i will have any proof to show to Paypal..

    Explain this to me please.

    1 - It's not spamming
2 - The payment may be canceled and refunded then you may lost your money
You should work with your business partner then tell PayPal about the transaction and proof it is legit. I hope everything will be fine for you! :)

PayPal is the most used, popular and safe thing out there for Online Money Transfer.

If you make a mistake, it is your own. Wherever you make a mistake i.e MoneyBookers, e-gold, paypal same rules apply everywhere. No proof, lower chance of getting your money back.
