    AFAIK
    No they not protected anything which is virtual item such as website buying.
    So,i suggest you use other type of payment to buy website

    they dont protect anything for the transactions you do. Its all upto you.

    In my experience, the paypal buyer has more privileage and protection than the seller. sellers like me are always getting in to trouble with paypal... now looking for other payment methods....
