Not sure if this is around yet, but if not .... A lot of people around here can't use PayPal at all. Some of those who can use PayPal, can only send money (like me). The idea would be for someone to borker deals between paypal and the customer. ie: Someone pays you for a service I provided. Once money clears, you pay me minus your comission. There are obviously some serious financial implications here ... but anyway, my 2c ...
I got an idea, how bout u just get verified. add a bank account and add some money. Its not all that complicated paypal is designed to save people from problems, it needs information to protect you and others.
