Paypal Business Account - WTF did I do?

OK a few months ago I upgraded MY account from personal to business so I could use IPN. No problems.

I was helping my neighber do the same today and now we are on some screen of steps asking me to sign up for a sandbox to use Pro applications and I can't figure out how to get back.

We simply want a business account that has IPN capabilities. I think she might have chosen the wrong thing or does Paypal require all of this now?

    Thanks.

    Actually I did.

The IPN doesn't come up in your profile to you upgrade your account. I did it on my a month ago without a hitch.

Now for this account it is asking me to sign up in a development sandbox. I have no idea what that is.

So one account very simple to setup and now I have a bunch of hoops and can't make it turn around.

I understand that . That isn't the problem. The IPN is setup. The problem is that my front page has a list of steps to interface PRO which I don't want or need. It wants me to sign up for 3 different Sandboxes to test my new APIs of which there are none.

The sandbox is basically where you can developer accounts COMPLETELY SEPARATE to your main Paypal accounts. This way you can check whether your IPN scripts are working properly by sending the shopping cart to the sandbox.paypal.com domain with your sandbox email address as the recipient.
