Paypal Business account problem... Help Me

    Hi All,

    Recently I have upgraded the account from personal to business account
    type.While upgrading the business account I have mentioned the business
    category as non-profit.I have chosen this category unknowingly.

    Now the my account says "access limited".
    The reason is
    PayPal requires accounts within the charity / non profit category to
    provide us with some additional information regarding their
    organization.

    Since you are most likely not a non-profit, that was the wrong category to select. Your only option is to contact PayPal, preferably by phone to get things straightened out. It isn't hard to create a business account, but certain categories such as non-profits, require more details for verification.

    I would contact PayPal support via phone and just request to downgrade the account. They should comply no problem :)
