Paypal business account permanently limited 180 days, how to open new account?

    Hello,
    My USA paypal verified business account has been permanently been closed for 180 days. After 180 days i can withdraw, but no longer can i use the account. My eBay account was also linked to my paypal and was suspended.

    My sister who lives in Israel said it was okay for me to use her paypal account since she has no use for it anymore. My question is, can i use her paypal account here in USA? Or will there be an IP address problem?

    I can also rent an IP address from lobbay.com for $20/ month. Will this help?

    Please let me know.

    yes, you can use from USA. IP is not a problem

    will paypal ask to call for verification since its a different country?
