Paypal has asked to update PAN after login to indian users. I tried my company PAN in which the business paypal account is it will not accept. The guy at paypal email me to match name should be same as on PAN. I tried my personal PAN card which it accepted. NOW I am GOOD ? what paypal is going to do ?report all my Private limited company Income to my personal PAN Number ? How Ideats they are.DO NOT they know Business and Individuals in India have Different PAN numbers? Can not they clarify which PAN number to use.

Not only in India but elsewhere too, an individual and a company are considered two separate entities and unless you are the sole proprietor of this company, you got to maintain separate individual records for both the entities. I wonder why... Paypal fails to see this simple logic? Regards, RightMan
