Hmmm do you guys plan to pay the negative balance? PayPal is one of the most legit payment systems in the market now. The stringent verification system is what makes it safe.

I'm not very clear about PayPal's policy in India. You could get someone with PayPal to send you money so that you are cleared of the negative balance. From which you can use whatever mode of payment that is convenient for you to pay back the person. I'm not sure if this can work, or PayPal requires you to send in a cheque or money order to validate your account. Just my 2 cents

Your suggestion is good but paypal totally blocked my account even i cant login
    i can't receive/send money
i can't attach cc so i can pay my nagative
i contacted paypal multipletime and i requested them "let me login once so i can pay my nagative balance" and got reply " No, now you can only pay by cheque or money order"
    thn
i choose bank option and ask bank manager " i want to send $20 to US by cashier cheque " and he said for that you must have Forex account (not current or saving account)
and thn i said F**k paypal and i leaved both account as is but now it's neccesory to receive payment

    Woah...

I guess they are trying to validate your account with so many scams going around.

You could ask your friends who have PayPal to help receive the payments first.

    All the best mate!
