i want to deposit 400 $ to etoro.com forex trading
when i deposit i get this message

So did you try to do this first before asking here?

 

how you are paying ? using cc or paypal balance ?

 

Dear trader,

Paypal should work perfectly fine with eToro so this is probably a matter of funds. It may be that you do not have sufficient funds on your Paypal balance or on your credit card. The best thing you can do is contact PayPal to find out for sure.

I assume that is an official help from etoro team. So your problem solved ?

 

If you are from India you can deposit funds from paypal to any merchant website now untill you pay using CC.

 

Paypal does not support money or other financial systems, it clearly states in Paypal regulations

 

Paypal already stayed away from HYIPs, they will do this to Forex too. I think.
