I heard this morning that PayPal have remove support for Wikileaks' account.

What do you guys think about it?

I have long since advised my clients to look for other payment methods other than PayPal, because I have heard just one too many stories about their unscrupulous practices.

For those die-hard fans of PayPal, has this changed your opinion of them?

To be honest, this is something good that Paypal has done.
From the legal angle, the owner of Wikileaks is a sex-offender in Sweden and is on Interpol's list for this purpose which itself gives Paypal a strong reason to withdraw services for Wikileaks apart from it's infamous public sharing of sensitive information.
I don't see any reason why Wikileaks is any better than Thepiratebay or any such sites for instance.

And what about he being after the whole world? IMO, he's causing more harm to the world than the terrorists. By disrupting international relations he is capable of causing a war.
If next week Wikileaks happens to release some more classified information which causes a war then would your view remain the same?

I can't believe when I see blind people like you guys. I'm sorry for you, but this guy will receive awards for "Man of the Year" and will might be nominated for Nobel prize.
If you would have the time to understand this you need to read it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WikiLeaks

    The end justify the means!

Funny when you hear people say things like
So far, after many reports and people trying to blame the website, not a single person has lost their lives because of a wikileaks release.

    It's spineless from Paypal.

I'd boycott them if there were any other decent alternatives.

USA will do what ever it takes to clean there shit... and to get what they want... and including paypal every 1 likes to keep the king happy.... thats why obama got the Nobel prize, in first place...

If wikileaks put iran's files or chineese files no one will catch him.. Obama will granted him a prize
