    hi all well my paypal remove my payoneer BANK and now i want to open another new one
    ( NOT PAYONEER ) so need your suggestions where should i need to apply

    In Which country you have opened your PayPal account as I know PayPal not allowed in Pakistan. Have you used Payeer.com its awesom !

    i live in Pakistan i opend but i use USA RDP ( REMOTE DESKTOP COnnection ) my card is linked but they removed my bank dont know why
    btw how can i apply for new one ?
