    It may work, as some users mentioned it, but do not expect it to happen in 48 hrs itself. VCC validity expires in 48 hrs, but chargebacks happens even after weeks.

    And in paypal site it is clearly mentioned that it will take few days (I think they wrote - 4 or 5 days) for the process.

    Its asking me to confirm the VCC, but no deposits are reflected in my Savings Account.
