I looked through some on the post about how i can cancel paypal bank transfer, but i dont think that is possible from what i read. So my problem is this, in my bank account it says i have $74 Available Balance as of today. so i decided to transfer $70 to my paypal account to pay for something on ebay. but when i look at my transactions on my bank of america account, its says the $70 i deposited a half hour ago is pending and im not sure when $70 will finish. Im not sure if i will have $70 to transfer when paypal finishes my transaction. Will payapl cancel the transaction if i dont have enough money in my bank, is there anything i can do about this or will my bank account to into the negatives?

If you have a credit card attached to your paypal account, paypal will revert to debiting the same... in case your bank account is short of funds. But I guess... your transaction with bank account should go through... as you have $ 74 clearly marked as 'available funds'. :)

If you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account, Paypal will (1) reverse the charges and send your seller a notice of non-payment, or (2) complete the transaction, but show a negative balance in your Paypal account, which you will have to clear up before you can use your account again. But that may be preferable to letting Paypal send a charge into your account which takes more money than you have available, causing you to "bounce" the payment and allowing BofA to charge you an additional $35 or so for a "bounced check" fee or whatever it is they call it these days.
