PayPal Bank Funding

    I've used PayPal to pay for Skype Credit before, lots of times, and it's always been instant.

    But today, I paid again and the only option was 'eCheque' so I just thought they changed the name of it. But no, eCheque is a different service and it takes 7-9 days to make one Payment.

    So, why is it not 'Bank Funding' anymore? I need to pay for things instantly.
