Paypal bank disable

    hello all well i need your suggestions paypal disable my payoneer bank

    i Just try to move my payonner bank to another paypal account when i try to linked it it say you bank is disable how do i enable it ?
    should i need to order another card ?

    I heard PayPal doesn't accept Payoneer anymore... Maybe thats the reason.
