paypal backup funding

    if i have $0.0 balance, can i spent money from backup funding? Right now i need $800

    my only option pay from the paypal debit card, can i spent from the paypal debit card from my backup funding?

    Yes, while you are sending money, the system checks the balance, if you have low balance, then it will pays automatically from backup source.

    You cannot use paypal debit card cause it uses PayPal balance, if you do not have a backup source or if the backup declines transaction.
