If it's not working, try manual withdrawing.

It didn't work for me either. So I withdrew manually and it worked. Now I have withdrawn on 26th and waiting for money to come to my bank account.

I don't remember it but when the status showing "Auto Withdrawal" then maybe I have been added Auto Withdrawal option during bank account attach.
    really confuse situation.

Same happening with me.I don't understand why paypal added "Auto Withdrawal" where it is not working.Make all Indian users under confused is now paypal's daily job.

You have to set auto withdraw, else it will not work. You have to do it manually. Auto withdraw is not mandatory.

    The same happend with me.
I used to contact paypal but there is no reply from them.
I was having money but autowithdrawl was some how disabled by paypal for india.
There is some thing problem. When I tried to chat with auto-responder chat of paypal they told that "paypal had have to stop the sending and receiving money in india for some reason so please pay with some other method until we restore this thing"
I just did manual withdrawl and I hope it will work as they give me every thing same as autowithdrawl.
I also have screen shots of the paypal auto-responder chat if any one want to see that actually what they told can contact me.
