Hi all. My business paypal account has been limited for about two weeks ago. I've completed all required steps to remove limitation, sent all docs, etc. And yesterday I received this email: We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we receive additional information. Please provide a copy of each of the following items: - Authorization in writing to lift limitation upon completion of steps. What does "Authorization in writing to lift limitation upon completion of steps" mean? What paypal wants from me? Thank you for your help.

the best way you can do for your account, is you need to call the paypal customer service, ask them what other documents they are needing.. and when done sending it back call them back to lift limitation
