Paypal ATM daily limit

I know the daily limit for paypal is $400 but I was wondering if you could go go to an ATM at 11 pm, withdrawal $400, then go back at 12:01 AM and take out another $400 or will you have to wait until a full 24 hours pass before you withdrawal again?

Paypal has daily limit, i never heard of it.
