I didnt know that .Since all my paypal accounts are blocked.I dont care making any no of accounts. When paypal limits indian accounts they ask for bank statement , bank verifcation{if not done} ,Delivery ,supplier info , Proof of invoices When paypal limits foreign accounts for the same reason they just need bank statements or credit card statements I already saw this

Paypal would ask for supporting documents like supplier info, proof of invoice etc. for a suspicious transaction from anybody... when the transaction is done from a premier/business account. I guess OP got this feeling, simply because Indians are not allowed to do personal payments where such documents are not involved! Regards, RightMan
Limitations are for various reasons. When Paypal is suspicious of your identity, they demand photo id and utility bill proof for personal identification and address... where as limitation due to suspicious transaction make them demand for transaction related proofs (supplier info, invoice copy etc.).
