Paypal asking me to add credit card ?

    Hello guys ,

    Why is paypal asking me to add credit card when i try to buy some service like domain,or to buy premium membership ?

    Mine account is not verified but i can send payments to emails.

    If you don't have balance in your PayPal account, it will ask you add credit card for sending payments.

    I have some in balance but it just ask me to add credit card

    Are you from India? Indian users can't use PayPal balance at all. They need to add credit card in order to send payments.

    Still, some websites or subscriptions do need to have CC attached in PayPal. :)

    It looks like, at some hosting services i can pay without credit card and on some it ask me to add.
