PayPal asking for the CC? but i have no cc so what can i do for that?

    not every freelancer can apply for a cc in india, any other options? is netsafe of hdfc still working? do prepaid credit cards work online?

    Might try vcc but not suggested. Apply cc is the best way

    I am pretty sure you can open a Paypal account with an account # & routing ID... or a Debit card... you do not have to have a CC... at least in US.

    in india you can verify a paypal account with your bank account alone, but to make payments you need a cc, or at least a netsafe card from hdfc

    Apply for a CC. Alternately buy a good working VCC that won't make any trouble. Then you are fine.
