I didn't used my Paypal account for a long time as there was no money in it. And also of the fact that Paypal was suspending the accounts of the Indian Users. So, i didn't logged into my account for a long time. But, then i heard the news that we can again withdraw our money into our local Indian Banks then, I thought of loggin into my account... but it was asking for my Pan Number... Wat is this all about... Is it something related to Taxes... RBI wants to deduct taxes on our part time earnings also....??? I don't know.. so, please let me know..... I would be a great help.......
