PayPal Ask me for Proof of Delivery ? (Urgent Please)

    Hi there,

    PayPal asks me to provide the proof of delivery to remove limiations. They ask me to provide the Tracking number and Shipping company for two specific transactions.

    Counterparty Transaction ID Date Amount Tracking Number Shipping Company

    I never sold any physical items to anyone

    I provide online services to my clients and get payments.

    Can anyone tell me please how to resolve this issue.

    Looking for any help.

    its very simple. press resolution button and select others in the option and mention digital service. give explanation that you provided digital service which has no shipping proof other than the mails which sent or the service which you provided.
    incase if the buyer has filed a dispute in your paypal and if he made payment through credit card then u will loose the dispute and if paid through paypal balance then you are 1000000% safe. if you mention digital service.

    He is satisfied with it.

    next time when you request payment from the clients,remember to ask them select 'service',but not 'goods' or in your request must select 'service',not 'goods'.
    so such problem won't be happened again.

    How do I set it up for services in my account? Like if they are ordering a service from my web site.
    I use ecomerce templates.

    regarding about this issued, so if I pay with service button then I can't open dispute even my costumer don't delivery his service ?

    jalsa! r u sure if seller says that they sold digital service, then paypal will close the dispute without refunding to buyer?

    paypal cannot help you . i lost more then 1700$ they said me if even its a digitalgood we should send it packed in CD and send it thru a courier DHL / Fedex so that they can trust the seller. 10 days 200 calls nothing changed 11days i saw reversal and my account got limited.
