PayPal ask cc statements

    PayPal ask my friend to unlimit his account for creditcard statements. Why they need it ?

    Is that they need to check last PayPal verification pin 4 digit :)

    It is possible that they think that the credit card which was submitted is a VCC or is fake or something to that nature. They ask for the statement so as to proof that he actually owns that credit card.

    If they ask for a credit card statement then give them exactly what they want.

    Your friend require to send them copy of creditcard statement alongwith fax cover sheet through their given fax number of fax cover sheet IMO.

    send the statement along with a photo ID proof in order to remove the limits...

    He must have used a VCC
    If the account is limited ask mil to fax them the documents they are asking for (I guess it's and photo +address proof )
