PayPal : Are the charges for different payment types different in Premium acct ?

    Hi,

    I have a premium PP acct and I have noticed that many a times the charges deducted on the payments that I receive from the clients is different. Eg: sometimes $10 attracts $0.69 charges other times lesser...

    So can the difference be because some client paid it as goods some as service etc..???? Any ideas..

    yea fees depends on many factors. say if person is paying from paypal funds, or from cc directly or bank etc.. then also from whch country ...
