    Hello,

am a blogger and am planning to buy some domains.

    There are many scammers nowadays.

If i got scammed, is there possible way to get my money back?

In case, how should i make my appeal to PayPal?

    Please share your ideas.

    Thank you.:)

I would make sure to specify exactly what you are paying for in the payment description. This way if you open a dispute it is clear to paypal what the payment was for and you can prove that you did not receive the domain.

As a buyer you can always open a dispute against your seller for non delivery.

Send as Goods to him if you dont know. Later you can appeal to him, that you did not receive goods. So, You can rise dispute, and later if you got any problem, you can contact paypal, and ask that you did not received goods, so paypal asks the other person proof. So he cannot able to send you, and you get money back. :)
