Paypal and Withdraw

    Is it safe to keep withdrawing amount from paypal in bank account, keeping minimum $$ in paypal ?

    Lets presume I have 100$ in my paypal and paypal gets 2 chargebacks of each 100$, will paypal take away money from bank account ?

    PayPal can not withdraw funds directly from bank account for all countries. For example, paypal can not reverse any indian bank transaction. However, they can send the legal entity to your address to collect the money that have been charged back. This will only happen if the amount is large.
